| That’s part of everyone’s job at Trico. We all have to show integrity. The guy on the platform thinks he knows what you’re supposed to do. But he is looking at it from his point of view…from his company’s schedule or whatever. But we can’t be pressured into doing the wrong thing when we know better. And even if there isn’t any pressure…even when no one’s looking, it is our responsibility to do the right thing regardless. It’s not because it is an easier way or a harder way; it’s the right way. And, it’s going to save money and save lives probably. It’s the best way. It’s good business. |
